Beautiful Beds

Restoration Hardware has some beautiful items. Mindy has posted about their sister company, RH Baby & Child, before and now I've just seen some of their beds that are so stunningly gorgeous that I had to share.

Soft curves and details make this bed feel extra special. Equally amazing is that pinboard for necklaces. If moved to a different room, wouldn't that pinboard be great place to display current photos and holiday cards while still looking pulled together and refined with say a family room decor?

Bunk beds! Full size bunk beds! With upholstered headboards to boot.

And then there is this leather daybed. Isn't it just so cool?

Happiness

There is nothing like a new find from Etsy that can make my day. Case in point? This lovely hand-lettered print that is full of happiness.

Smile—and have a happy day!

Clover Market in Chestnut Hill

Two weeks ago, Clover Market debuted in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. We got to shop the market together and were joined by our favorite blogger-in-training, Jillian's daughter.

It was a fabulous day filled with lots of great vendors and excellent finds. Here are just some of the wonderful things we spotted throughout the day.

Lots of pretty things and inspiration all around. Such a fun day!

Finding Beauty

A special post today for our veterans. Here is a detail shot of the Freedom Wall at the National World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. There are 4,048 gold stars on the wall, each representing 100 Americans who died in the war.

Thanks to all for your service!

Display Frames

While at Clover Market in Chestnut Hill last week (a post about that to come soon), I saw a few of these display frames.

Perfect for hanging all sorts of things like invitations and miscellaneous bits and notes throughout the year but come the holiday season, all I think about is a place to hang holiday cards.

They look simple to make – just staple chicken wire to the back of an old frame and add some clothespin clips (colorful mini clips would be extra fun).

Pull Up a (Tiny) Chair

My friend went to Mexico last Spring and brought back a copy of the Mexican edition of Casa Viva magazine for me to peruse. I have been holding onto the issue for months because I fell in love with this cover image.

There is something about the way that little child's chair is pulled up to the coffee table that just melts my heart. Kids' furniture incorporated into an adult design scheme is so special and this was done beautifully.

The rest of this home is absolutely gorgeous and features a great blend of different furniture styles and artwork. After all of these months, I am still obsessed with every detail. See for yourself!

A special thanks to Lisa for lending me this lovely magazine...I promise to return it to you on Monday!

Wisteria's White and Gold

Lately I've been drawn to the combination of white and gold. Wisteria has a bunch of great options.

Clean and bright with a bit of sparkle. Such a nice combination.
