A friend of ours is redecorating his bedroom in an all-white, minimalist scheme. There is something about white that feels so relaxing, clean, and pure, which makes the idea of a bedroom designed in shades of white, with few accessories (and no clutter!), so alluring. The images below capture that feeling, and are tempting me to redecorate.
I just have to mention how much I love the pendant light in the photo above. Isn't it amazing? You can find it here.
The rug's texture in the photo above adds so much depth to this space and pulls the white scheme together. Below, I love the stained floors and the white canvas above the bed is such a great, simple touch.
In the next three images, little pops of color manage to make the white in these rooms look even whiter and brighter.
Painted white floors are so pretty, and while not practical for all of the rooms in your home, they can be perfect in the bedroom. To finish off this look, I would add this sheepskin rug from Ikea. A nice, fluffy place for your feet to land in the morning.
