On Saturday, Chris and I took a trip to Brooklyn to check out the Brooklyn Flea in Fort Greene. We had been to the Williamsburg location a couple of years ago, are big fans of the Philly outpost, and I was really curious to see what the original Brooklyn Flea location was like.
We had a fantastic day! The weather was gorgeous and the vendors were great—they had a delightful selection of vintage finds and handmade specialties.
These three photos (one above and two below) are from Old Good Things, an amazing architectural salvage company that I first encountered a few years ago at the Clover Market. They had a huge space here, filled with reclaimed tin mirrors and wall hangings. I am so excited to finally share pictures of their work with you!
We had to take some time for a bite to eat. This is the first market that I have been to where I've actually had a chance to eat! These spicy tuna tacos from Takumi Taco were divine.

The Fort Greene Flea is held each Saturday through November. You can find more information, a list of vendors, and directions here. Happy marketing!
