| Multi-Colored Lines, 2011 |
I am loving this painting by Jennifer Bartlett. It is enamel over silkscreen grid on baked enamel steel plates.
The contrast between the angular square shapes and the organic swirling colors is fantastic. While I could never replicate this exactly, I find the technique and colors inspiring. Perhaps I could do a variation of this as a DIY project? Definitely something to think about.
